With a simple monthly fee of $99/month, you receive premium care and can effortlessly upgrade to new technology as often as you wish at wholesale pricing.

Personalized aural rehabilitation plan with auditory training
Annual service package over the subscription period
Monthly service
iPad for remote telehealth sessions and programming or accessory of choice
Tinnitus management if needed
$2,895 deposit; $99/month for 60 months
