Mckela Dickerson
Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist
Mckela was born and raised in La Grande, OR. She joined the Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates team as our patient care coordinator.
She plays an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and that each patient has a positive experience throughout their better hearing journey. A typical workday for Mckela includes scheduling patients, handling referrals, managing paperwork, and checking patients in for their appointments.
However, Mckela notes, “My favorite thing about being part of the team is being able to see the difference we make for so many patients.”
Mckela’s warm and friendly personality has already made a favorable impression on our patients and the local community. Soon after helping someone who was not a patient of ours, our office received a letter thanking Mckela for her help, reassurance, and kindness.
Mckela says she finds it very rewarding to see the positive impact we have not only on our patients but also on others who simply need help.
Outside of work, Mckela loves spending time and playing with her dog, Cash. She also enjoys hiking, painting, and getting together with family and friends.
