This plan ensures that you have the full support of Eastern Oregon’s most trusted hearing care experts, and have peace of mind that no matter what happens in the world, you remain the center of ours. This option guarantees peace of mind by receiving our advanced level of care on an annual basis.
Includes:
Office visits (hearing device maintenance, reprogramming, follow-up visits)
Real Ear Measures, electro acoustic analysis, behavioral verification evaluations
Drop off cleanings (call ahead to secure the best spots)
Supplies (filters, domes, sportlocks)
Earmolds, receivers, microphone covers
Professionally individualized aural rehabilitation plan with access to Thursdays @ 3 and LACE AI auditory training
Telehealth, remote programming
In office repairs; manufacturer repairs for devices under 5 years old
*Not all devices have remote programming available. Requires high-speed internet and an iPad, iPhone, or iPod (devices available for loan or purchase through our office).
