Pam Rohde
Front Office Concierge
Pam grew up in La Grande and attended Ackerman Laboratory (K-6), La Grande Middle School (7-8), and La Grande High School (9-12).
When a wonderful opportunity to work at A&HAA as a front office concierge became available, Pam knew it was the right role for her after inquiring about the team, the environment, and reading the full work description. She was certain this would be an amazing place to improve upon herself while helping people who are managing care for themselves.
Pam’s day-to-day responsibilities include preparing the team for a successful day/week, greeting and welcoming patients to the office where they can always expect the very best compassionate experience, assisting the team in every way possible, and ensuring that cleanliness as well as patient comfort is a top priority at A&HAA.
According to Pam, she absolutely loves working with the team, which has such an amazing outlook on life/work balance. She likes the fun but fast-paced work environment; however, it’s the positive patient experiences that really make each day a new adventure.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hunting mushrooms in spring, camping and fishing in summer, and a good beach vacation or a long drive to someplace new, which is always a joy to be had any time of year.
If you could have dinner with one person (dead or alive), who would it be?
If I could have dinner with one person, it would be with my mom (she passed away nearly 15 years ago), and we would enjoy being at a luau in Hawaii that would last all day and long into the night just so we could love, laugh, and eat like we used to!

Our Happy Patients Say
I started losing my hearing 30 years ago when I lived in the Seattle area. As a result, I have seen many audiologists but none have been as professional, knowledgeable, or determined to improve my hearing experience as Erika has been.

Erika and her staff have been very professional in dealing with my hearing issues. They have taken time to sit down with me to explain issues and options and answer my questions.

What a wonderful "ear opening" experience wotking with AHAA. They have helped open a world of lost sounds.
An element of my lile has been restored.

I purchased my hearing aids in December of 2023. The clarity and ease of use are astounding. They are so comfortable I don't know that they are in. They are nearly invisible. The service has been great. I recommend them to anyone.

My experience with AHAA, Erica and staff, has been nothing short of first rate. As a recent cochlear implant recipient, I am grateful and humbled to have access to a clinic with this level of expertise and dedication.

Erika and her staff are amazing people. They are alway friendly and helpful with problems or questions. I can’t thank Erika enough for recommending hearing aids to deal with my tinnitus and hearing loss. It has made a huge difference.
