Brittany Leckenby
Front Desk Concierge
The west side of Oregon was Brittany’s early childhood home. Later, when she was a teenager, her family moved to La Grande. She’s resided there for the last 27 years.
Brittany attended the Lighthouse Academy. Additionally, she is CPR certified and a certified TeamSTEPPS trainer, helping healthcare professionals improve patient safety and quality through effective communication and teamwork skills. Brittany has worked within the healthcare industry for more than 20 years.
Choosing to work withing hearing care was an easy decision for Brittany to make, as she was raised with a deaf family member. Watching her loved one navigate the world inspired Brittany to pursue this career path. She considers it a gift to have the opportunity to play even a small part in helping others.
At Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates, Brittany’s tasks include answering phones and questions, scheduling appointments, and greeting and checking in patients. Ultimately, she ensures everyone feels safe and comfortable.
Brittany loves the team she works with and truly relishes the opportunity to make long lasting connections with the patients. She says that seeing the positive impact the team makes on patients’ lives is a true joy.
Outside of the office, Brittany can’t resist the great outdoors. Along with her two children, she enjoys spending time on the water paddle boarding or kayaking. Together, they like to find as many fun activities as possible in and around Union County and further afield.

Our Happy Patients Say
I started losing my hearing 30 years ago when I lived in the Seattle area. As a result, I have seen many audiologists but none have been as professional, knowledgeable, or determined to improve my hearing experience as Erika has been.

Erika and her staff have been very professional in dealing with my hearing issues. They have taken time to sit down with me to explain issues and options and answer my questions.

What a wonderful "ear opening" experience wotking with AHAA. They have helped open a world of lost sounds.
An element of my lile has been restored.

I purchased my hearing aids in December of 2023. The clarity and ease of use are astounding. They are so comfortable I don't know that they are in. They are nearly invisible. The service has been great. I recommend them to anyone.

My experience with AHAA, Erica and staff, has been nothing short of first rate. As a recent cochlear implant recipient, I am grateful and humbled to have access to a clinic with this level of expertise and dedication.

Erika and her staff are amazing people. They are alway friendly and helpful with problems or questions. I can’t thank Erika enough for recommending hearing aids to deal with my tinnitus and hearing loss. It has made a huge difference.
