As of April 3, the state of Oregon has lifted the requirement for masks in healthcare settings, but continues to recommend them for vulnerable populations and when respiratory illnesses are prevalent.

At Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates, your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, remain our top priorities. We understand that many of our patients may belong to vulnerable groups and are at risk of severe complications from respiratory infections.

To ensure everyone's well-being, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

1. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or believe you could be contagious.

2. Practice good hygiene: wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer upon entering our clinic.

3. Masks will still be available for all patients and visitors. We encourage you to wear one if you have been exposed to someone with a respiratory illness or if you are part of a vulnerable population.

Rest assured that our staff will continue wearing masks to protect you and your loved ones, especially during cold and flu season.
