With vaccinations being rolled out, we feel optimistic for the future ahead, and we’re in the hope that it won’t be too long until normality returns.

But just as our service and high-levels of care will never change, some things will.

Since the pandemic began, we have had to change how we see patients; our waiting room has been closed, and patients have been encouraged to wait in their car until they are invited in for their appointment.

But what we have accidentally learned is that this approach actually works far better.

  • It means that appointments aren’t rushed.
  • You can receive the one-to-one focus that you deserve without distractions
  • and it ensures that the schedule runs much smoother

This means that when normality finally returns, our waiting room will not.

Instead, we’ll be keeping the current approach of encouraging you to stay in your vehicle.

When you pull into a parking bay, you can simply call us at 541-612-7555 (the phone number is also on signs throughout the parking lot), and we’ll come and get you when we’re ready to see you.

You can then walk straight in for your appointment and be seen right away, ensuring that you’re not waiting around and the time spent with you can be maximized.

This change was not easy to make – and it’s a different stance to what many clinics or medical facilities would choose to do – but it’s aimed at improving your experience and delivering you better hearing healthcare.

If you have any questions about an upcoming appointment, simply call us at 541-612-7555 or click here to ask your question via our ‘contact page’.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
