Offering Prescription Hearing Aid Repairs for ReSound, Starkey, Oticon, Signia, Phonak, Widex, and Cochlear America

As specialists in the hearing care industry, we know how delicate prescription hearing aid devices are and that these incredible pieces of technology really do become a lifeline for the people who use them. The team at Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates wants to ensure that if your prescription hearing aids stop working or if they become damaged that you are without your device for as little time as possible.

That’s why we have developed our Hearing Aid Repair Service, which has been operating since the 1980’s and expanded in 2016 to now offer drop off and same day appointments 5 days a week.

For repairs that require an in-house visit, we have experience working with many makes and models of hearing aid, we have close links with Phonak, Starkey, and ReSound, in particular, but the team at Audiology & Hearing Aid Associates can repair any hearing aid, regardless of its origins.

Our Hearing Aid Repair Service is priced between $68 and $496 depending on the problem you are experiencing, this includes compressive treatment, diagnostics, and repair.

As much as we love seeing your faces, our service aim is to minimize the number of in-house repairs by educating you in as much detail about your device and what may be contributing to your issues, and in many cases, minor repairs and maintenance can be carried out at home.

Please see the “Hearing Aid Care At Home” section on this page for troubleshooting and maintenance articles that will help you keep your device in the best working order and ultimately prolong its lifespan.

Our Loaner Service

It can be a daunting prospect for prescription hearing aid wearers to suddenly be without their device for a period of time, that is why we can offer a loaner device for you to use if your repair is going to take longer than same day.

We have a wide range of in-the-ear and canal aids, as well as powerful behind-the-ear devices, and while they may not feel or sound exactly like your own hearing aid, they will come in handy while the team fixes your hearing device.
