How We’re Continuing to Keep You Safe Following the Announcement of New COVID-19 Measures Across Oregon.

11/15/2020 | Drive-In Appointments, Teleaudiology

With strict new measures in place due to outbreaks of COVID cases across Oregon, we’re taking thorough steps to keep you safe during these challenging times while continuing to deliver the highest levels of hearing care.

If you have an appointment scheduled or require our help, please read our six-part protocols.

#1 – Drive-In Clinic Available for All Clean & Check Appointments

With your safety being an absolute priority, the Drive-in Clinic will be available for the vast majority of appointments, whether clean and checks, repairs or any quick support.

This drive-thru option ensures that you can receive the support and help that you need from the comfort of your vehicle.

For a full explanation of how this works, please click here.

#2 – The Waiting Room Remains Closed

To avoid any needless waiting around and minimize your contact with others, the waiting room remains closed during this period.

Walk-ins are also currently suspended, you must have an appointment before visiting us during these challenging times.

Our “Drop Box” is also available if you’re looking to drop any devices in for a repair/cleaning, which can then be collected at a later time.

For any questions or to schedule an appointment/drop-off, please call us at (541) 612-7555

#3 – Stay In Your Car Until We’re Ready

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (541) 612-7555 and let us know that you have arrived. We’ll then come and get you when we’re ready.

This will ensure that there is minimal contact and all sanitation protocols can be followed before you come into the office.

#4 – Face Masks are Required

To protect you, other patients and our staff – we ask you to please wear a face mask.

If you come without a face mask, one will be provided for you.

#5 – Please Ensure You’re in Good Health

In the same way that our team’s health is being monitored daily through temperature checks and routine hand hygiene, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever, difficulties breathing or cough, or if you are at higher risk of getting sick (have heart disease, diabetes or lung disease).

Temperature checks will be taken upon your arrival.

#6 – Minimum Company for Appointments

You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

With not just your hearing health, but your overall health being an absolute priority during these difficult times, please know that the entire team at Audiology & Hearing Aid Associates are here for you.

If you have any questions or would like to re-schedule your appointment, then we’re here to help. Please call us at (541) 612-7555

No matter what happens in the world, you remain the center of ours.
