When you pull into a parking bay, you can simply call us at 541-612-7555 (the phone number is also on signs throughout the parking lot), and we’ll come and get you when we’re ready to see you.
You can then walk straight in for your appointment and be seen right away, ensuring that you’re not waiting around and the time spent with you can be maximized.
This change was not easy to make – and it’s a different stance to what many clinics or medical facilities would choose to do – but it’s aimed at improving your experience and delivering you better hearing healthcare.
