With the world changing, we have been using the recent quieter times to make your life easier by working on a brand new online ‘Patient Portal’ for you.

This is your private log-in area on our website where you can access important information such as your patient records, settle outstanding invoices and schedule upcoming appointments.

It’s your go-to area to access any information that you could ever need. 

Your first step is to register for your account.

Here’s how it works.

#1 – Complete the form below to register for the ‘Patient Portal’ – upon receiving this request, we will be able to grant access for you and give you a ‘registration code’

#2 – You can then visit the ‘Patient Portal’ by clicking here. You can follow the registration information, add the ‘registration code’ and set-up your passwords.

#3 – You’ll receive email confirmation, you can then use your username & password to login whenever you wish.

You’ll then be able to access your portal whenever you need to, ensuring you have an inside-track to all information, upcoming appointments and support that you may need.
