How Does the Drive-in Clinic work?

06/17/2020 | Drive-In Appointments, Patient Resources

In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates developed a rapid and safe method for treating people, which didn’t require physical contact.

It was called the ‘Drive in Clinic’

Via this new service, you gained all the hearing care support and assistance you needed without ever having to leave the safety and comfort of your vehicle.

This meant that no matter the situation, the best hearing care services in North-West Oregon were at your disposal.

After helping hundreds of patients since the start of the pandemic, Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates decided to make the Drive-in Clinic the third pillar of our services offering, alongside Access Audiology and in-person appointments.

But, a central question that patients, new and existing, often ask is, how does the Drive-in Clinic work?”

#1 – Schedule Your Visit

To ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner, it’s important to book an appointment at the clinic prior to arriving.

The friendly team at Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates will then schedule a timeslot for when you can visit your personal specialist.

#2 – Parking Up and Calling Us

Most patients can park on the street in front of the clinic or in the parking lot.

However, those who specifically need hearing aid programming or hearing testing can only park in the parking lot.

Once you have parked up, let us know of your arrival and the vehicle that you are in by calling or texting the office at 541-612-7555. You can also ring the doorbell located at the elevator in our parking lot

A member of our team will then be with you in under three minutes

#3 – Receive Help and Care

Irrespective of why you need to visit Audiology and Hearing Aid Associates, our team will be able assist you in a contact-free way while you remain in the comfort of your vehicle.

This service makes hearing care easy and simple, and ensures your safety and security at all times.

To schedule an appointment at the Drive-in Clinic, please call the team at (541) 612-7555

We look forward to seeing you soon!
